Martin Raber, Managing Director, Restaurant No Kangaroo, Berlin

Since september 2009, Martin Raber is the managing director of Berlin based restaurant No Kangaroo. Being a native Austrian, Martin was raised up with the typical Austrian hospitality which is popular around the world. After he school, he was trained in a traditional Austrian restaurant in Linz before working for a four star superior wellness resort called Aqua Dome in the mountains of Tyrol. There, Martin went through amost all positions in the food & beverage department and made his way up to the assistant restaurant manager. In this position, he was responsible for up to 400 guests an evening and all events in the hotel. Best conditions for his task in Berlin and for organizing aprés ski parties and more in the middle of Berlin.
