Alexander Zerzer, General Manager, hotel12, Austria

During and prior to his hotel and tourism studies, Alexander gained F&B experience in Denmark and Switzerland, as well as in the 5-star hotel industry in Austria. Additionally, he completed a Rooms Division internship at the Crowne Plaza Pudong Shanghai, China and before being promoted to the Guest Relations Manager. Before returning home to his native Austria, he served as Vice Pavilion Director in the Austrian Pavilion of the World EXPO in Shanghai. Since the beginning of 2011, he now leads the development of the new project hotel12 in Carinthia, Austria and provides Event and F&B support for Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd. projects.
